The Yard The large yard area and bricked drive accommodates ample parking; the brick out-building stables horses and ponies with 4 indoor boxes and one large and two small stalls. Hay and bedding provided at extra charge. A dog-kennel and basket is also available for your dog should you wish. Outside-Patio Area The outside of the farmhouse is beautifully maintained with stunning views of the local countryside. The open-fronted porch backs onto the centrally heated laundry room which contains a sink, worktop, washing machine, tumble-dryer, iron, ironing board and sundries. Next to the laundry room there is a Spa bath/ shower room with toilet and wash-hand basin, razor point and heated towel rail. The patio and large garden with rockery in front of the porch is equipped with garden furniture and a barbeque. Adjoining the garden is a small walled orchard with ample playing room for children.
